Fantastisk upplevelse: I struggled with two lower back flare-ups in a short span of time. Dr. Tripty's treatment has been very methodical and her deep knowledge is very evident as she worked with me. From a pain level of 9/10, within two weeks I was at a 1/10 on pain. I follow all the exercises regularly and the recovery has worked like a charm. In my ten years of dealing with flareup episodes, I feel like I didn't get good guidance until Dr Tripty's sessions. I look forward to our sessions to get a better grip about my recovery and healing and day to day pain management. I highly recommend Dr Tripty for her expertise!!!

Fantastisk upplevelse: I have had upper back and neck posture issues for many years now which I had been ignoring and recently also had a lower back pain issues which was making it difficult to even walk. Tripti was highly recommended to me through a family member who also lives in the US like me and who does remote video sessions on the phone. I couldn't be happier that I tried a session with Tripti. She is very knowledgeable and did a quick assessment to identify the areas and muscles we need to work on. Within a few sessions, my lower back pain was completely gone and we have now been doing exercises like planks and side planks which I could not have evwn thoight of with my back issues. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I consulted physio councellers, Tripti and after examination she suggested physiotherapy. I have seen tremendous change in the past two months since i started physio. Fantastisk upplevelse: I have been working with Dr Tripty for the past 2 months. I contacted her when I had severe pain in the back, so much so that I was unable to walk for more than a couple of mins, stand for more than 5 mins and was having trouble sleeping too because of the pain. Dr Tripty has been treating me for my disc bludge, and just after 1-2 weeks of sessions with her I started to get great relief, I was able to stand comfortably, sleep comfortably. Fast forward to 2 months, 90% of my pain has resolved, I am able to stand for more than an hour, I am able to workout (light exercises) for more than 30 mins. I’m continuing to work with her to further strengthen my core and get rid of residual symptoms. Dr Tripty is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I have about any of the exercises or the treatment itself. She always amends the sessions per the symptoms and always keeps me progressing to the next stage which has hugely contributed towards my recovery. Even though my sessions were remote, she was able to rightly diagnose and treat me. I am very glad I found her!! For her kindness, patience and for making great strides in my recovery.
